Application Process
If you are interested in applying for Sponsored Admission to Zoo Atlanta, please read the following guidelines carefully and fill out the application completely.

• The number of schools accepted into the Sponsored Admissions Program is based on the availability of funds. Submittal of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the program.
• Applications are not accepted for entire schools. One application is submitted per class/individual school group attending on the same day. All other interested persons within the school must apply separately to be considered for the program.
• Each application should have one main contact person and one alternate contact person.
• All parts of the application must be completed to qualify for the Sponsored Admissions Program.
• Download and complete the application, and submit via US mail or fax.

• If you have trouble downloading the application, contact Zoo Atlanta’s WILDLine Reservations Center at 404.624.WILD.
• It takes approximately 2-3 weeks to receive a response on your application.
• If accepted into the program, the contact(s) listed on the application will be notified.
• Following acceptance, recipients need to make all registration arrangements with a customer care representative at 404.624.WILD.
• If accepted into the program, reservations for Sponsored Admissions recipients will be available from October 2008 - March 2009 on Mondays, Tuesdays or Wednesdays during regular Zoo business hours.
• All registration/cancellation policies and procedures apply. A customer care representative can review the registration/cancellation policies and procedures with you when you call to make your reservation.
• The Sponsored Admissions Program covers the cost of admission only. It includes the students indicated in the reservation and 1 teacher/chaperone per 10 students. Each additional teacher/chaperone is required to pay field trip admission price ($8).
• The school is responsible for any other costs related to the field trip including but not limited to, transportation to and from the Zoo, lunch for the students and in-park activities.
